Amendment 11
Amendment eleven states that the Judicial branch cannot be interpreted in any suit in law or equity. Also, the Judicial branch cannot be prosecuted against, by any other state.
Amendment 12
Amendment twelve states the procedure for electing the president and vice president (the Electoral College). Amendment twelve also states the conditions that presidents and vice presidents are elected on (Majority two-thirds etc.).
Amendment 13
Amendment thirteen states that slavery nor involuntary servitude should exist in the United States. Slavery is abolished. However, there is one condition; punishment fo crime.
Amendment 14
Amendment fourteen states that states cannot create and/or enforce laws that shorten the privileges of citizens. Also the laws can't take away any person's life, liberty, or prosperity. Amendment fourteen also states that only certain people can become members of Congress.
Amendment 15
Amendment fifteen states that citizens are allowed to vote.This right cannot be taken away according to race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
Amendment 16
Amendment sixteen states that Congress has the power to tax. Congress can do this without any apportionment among states.
Amendment 17
Amendment seventeen states that each state will have two senators, and each senator will have one vote. Amendment seventeen also states that each senator will have a term of six years. If there is a vacancy in any state, the state's executive has to issue writs of election.
Amendment 18
Amendment eighteen states that the year after this amendment is approved, liquors being transported is prohibited. The Congess can approve this with appropriate legislation.
Amendment 19
Amendment nineteen states that all citizens get to vote. This right of voting cannot be denied on account of gender. Womens' suffrage!
Amendment 20
Amendment twenty states that when terms end for Congress, there will be a meeting on January 3rd, at noon. The samething will happen if someone in Congress dies.
Amendment 21
Amendment twenty-one states that the eighteenth amendment is repealed. Liquors are legal. This article will remain dorment until ratification.
Amendment 22
Amendment twenty-two states that no one can be elected for president more than two times. This article doesn't affect any active president.
Amendment 23
Amendment twenty-three states that the number of electors for president and vice president is equal to the number of senators and representatives altogether. Amendment twenty-three also states that the president and vice president will meet up together to perform certain duties.
Amendment 24
Amendment twenty-four states that all citizens of the United States have the right to vote. That right should not be denied because of the failure to pay poll tax, or any other tax.
Amendment 25
Amendment twenty-five states that if something happens to the president (dies, etc.), then the vice president will become the president. Amendment twenty-five also states that if the president writes a declaration to Congress that he will not be able to demonstrate certain duties, the vice president will step in. The vice preident is basically a back up for the president.
Amendment 26
Amendment twenty-six states that citizens that are older than eighteen gets to vote. This right should not be limited and/or denied on account of age.
Amendment 27
Amendment twenty-seven states that no laws about the service of Senators and/or Repesentatives should take effect until the election. The service will only end after a full term.
